I first starting baking when I was a college student in Puerto Rico. Years passed and as a mother of two, I craved the flavor of the traditional cakes that we used to enjoy back home. I then started baking cakes for my daughters and by word of mouth, friends that were also from Puerto Rico started requesting cakes for their own children.

I am not a professional baker- nor it is my interest to own a shop or bake all the time. This is a hobby I enjoy when I have free time in my hands. I’m a self-taught baker and YouTube has been my teacher when I needed practical demonstrations. I am far from perfect but I can do a pretty decent job.

It is my goal to bake an outstanding product, both inside and out.  All my cakes and cupcakes are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
